AI proof of concept development services
I build AI proofs of concept on your own data and systems, for teams inside a company that need to know whether an AI idea works before it gets a budget. Each one ends on a clear go or no-go, and a go carries on to production from the same code.
Where you are
Your company wants AI working somewhere in the business, and the idea on your desk has to earn its budget first. Maybe a tool you bought answers well in general and poorly about your business, or a demo got most of the way there and stalled on the rest, your own data and your own rules.
What you get
- The idea pinned down with you first, the job it should do, the data it needs and the result that counts as a go.
- Built on your own data and connected to the systems it would run inside, under the access rules you already have.
- Tested on cases from your own past work, so the result shows how it does on the job itself.
- The model chosen on how accurate it is and what each run costs.
- Where the idea is an AI agent that acts in your tools, an agentic AI proof of concept that reaches only the tools the job needs and asks a person before anything it can't undo.
- Production code from the first commit, with sign-in and logging in place, written by the people who would take it live.
How it goes
- We agree on the idea, the data it needs and the result that would make it a go.
- I build it on your data and inside your systems.
- It runs against your own past cases, and you see how it does.
- You get the result in writing, a go or a no-go, with what production needs.
Proof of concept to production
A proof of concept, or PoC, shows whether an AI idea works inside a business that's already running, before anyone builds the product around it. A new company's first product is a different job, an AI MVP.
An AI PoC built in a notebook or a sandbox has to be built again before it reaches production, often by people who weren't in the room when it worked.
The work
The first call ends on what to test first, and the result that would make it a go.
