MCP server development services

I build MCP servers for SaaS products, so your customers can use your product from Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot, and each of them reaches only their own data.

Where you are

Your customers have started asking whether they can use your product from Claude or ChatGPT. You already have an API, and you're not sure which parts of it an AI should touch, or how each customer connects without a key that opens everyone's account.

What I do

  • A handful of tools chosen with you, around what your customers ask an AI to do, rather than one for every endpoint in your API.
  • Each customer connects through your own sign-in with OAuth, and every tool call runs under that customer's token and scopes.
  • Tools that only read kept apart from the ones that change or delete data, and marked that way.
  • A remote server hosted next to your product, with a log of which customer's AI called what.
  • Tested in Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot, submitted to Claude's and ChatGPT's directories, and kept working as each of them changes.
  • A ChatGPT app on the same server, with the screens your customers see inside the chat.
  • Or a server for your own team, so Claude and Claude Code can work on your internal tools, your database or your Salesforce data under the rules you set.

ChatGPT apps are MCP servers

OpenAI launched its Apps SDK on 6 October 2025 and opened the App Directory to submissions on 17 December 2025. An app built with it is an MCP server with its own screens inside the chat, so the server that puts your product in Claude is most of a ChatGPT app already.

MCP itself has belonged to the Linux Foundation's Agentic AI Foundation since 9 December 2025, with OpenAI, Google, Microsoft and AWS behind it.

Each customer, their own key

My team and I built Aiden, a white-label AI support chatbot builder, on OpenAI's Assistants API, where every bot belonged to the OpenAI project whose key created it. When one business's key was swapped for one from another project, every bot it had went quiet at once, because the new key couldn't see them.

On an MCP server the same wall runs between your customers, and every tool call has to land on the right side of it. A key pasted into a config file, or one service account that can read every account, puts them all on the same side.

Let's talk

Buyers now ask for MCP before they sign, and you don't have it yet.

The first reply lists the tools worth exposing first and how each customer signs in.
