Which one you need
The job decides which of these it is.
- An AI agent acts. It's given tools, such as your CRM or your inbox, and it decides which to use to finish a job.
- A custom AI chatbot answers. It reads your own documents and answers your customers from them, on your site and under your brand.
- An MCP server puts your systems within an agent's reach. MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is how Claude, ChatGPT or an agent of your own looks things up and acts in your software.
