For founders and enterprise teams

Build your AI product

I design and build AI products that survive real customers, and I stay to keep them running. Most of my clients are founders who are not developers, and the model choice comes last, after the business case.

Who it's for

You have an idea, a deck or a demo, and you need the real thing built and kept running. Or your company wants an AI product of its own, or an AI feature inside the one you already sell. Most people in that seat aren't developers, and the ones who are have too much on their plate to build it themselves.

I have a lot going on and I'm trying to accomplish too many things at the same time.

The freelancer left halfway and I don't know what state it's in.

The demo works. Nothing after it does.

What I do

  • A first conversation on what to build first, free.
  • Design and build end to end, with me leading and my team adding hands when the work needs them.
  • The model chosen last, once the business need is clear, and re-checked as new ones launch.
  • Deployment, monitoring and regular reports against the number agreed at the start.
  • One person to call, before launch and after it.

The other options

At an agency, the person who sold you the work is rarely the person who builds it. A freelancer is one person with no team behind them. Searching for a technical co-founder takes months and costs equity, and building it alone with AI gets you to the demo and stops there. The difference here is one person who owns the whole product, with a team of more than fifty behind me.

Let's talk

You have the idea and nobody to build it properly.

You leave the first call knowing what to build first and what can wait.
