Derek had a community on Circle and a set of abstract ideas about what it could become, with no platform of its own and no monetization. The images were the sharpest problem. Leonardo, Midjourney, ChatGPT and even a trained LoRA could not hold the brand's style.

I built the platform from those abstract ideas, with its own monetization and a RAG content pipeline. No single model could hold the style, so the image pipeline runs across several models, with on-brand world and scene builders for all modalities.

The work is ongoing, and right now I'm adding world, scene and video builders.

Pathless Presence has a platform of its own, with its own monetization, and it is still growing. The content pipeline holds the brand's voice, and the image pipeline holds one visual style across models.
