Hire a Lovable developer
As a Lovable developer I finish apps that are most of the way there, and keep them running in Lovable once paying users arrive. My team still runs another founder's product on Supabase and Stripe, two years after its launch.
Where you are
You built the app in Lovable and mean to keep building it there, but the last stretch has stopped moving. A prompt that fixes one screen breaks another, the credits go faster than the features, and the Cloud bill jumped the week real people started using it.
Where a Lovable app gets stuck
- Cloud credits and costs. Usage climbs with what the app asks the database for, such as a query with no index or a page that refetches everything on every render, and every prompt that undoes the last one costs credits too.
- The security scan. A clean result from Lovable's security scan is a start, and the row-level security under it still has to match who should see what in your app. A vibe coding security audit reads every policy against your app's roles.
- Stripe. Getting a checkout to work is the easy part. Paying users need the webhook that marks them paid, the failed renewal that downgrades them, the cancellation that ends access at the right date, and live keys where the test keys were.
- Vite or TanStack Start. Lovable has built new projects on TanStack Start, rendered on the server, since 13 May 2026, and older projects keep running on Vite as before. The two are finished differently, from where a secret can live to how a page reaches the browser, so the first thing to check is which one yours is.

When to leave Lovable Cloud
Some apps outgrow Lovable Cloud. When yours needs direct access to its database, its own backups or a bill in your name, the move is a Lovable Cloud to Supabase migration, and it can wait until after launch.
What I do
- The app finished in Lovable, with the code synced to GitHub so every change can be read and rolled back.
- Row-level security written for each table and tested signed in as each kind of user.
- Stripe billing tested end to end in live mode, with the customer portal set up.
- Cloud usage traced to the queries and functions behind it, and fixed in the code.
- Every secret kept on the server, with nothing sensitive shipped to the browser.
- One senior developer on the app after launch, for whatever real users turn up.
