Let's Talk

Every user and every subscription moved across, with less than twelve hours of downtime

Saif is the true definition of not compromising on quality. I own an extension with 83k users, and he helped me rebuild it from scratch and add features that will drastically increase adoption.

It had to be perfect

AI Toolbar puts AI on whatever page you're on. It reads the page, so on an email it drafts the reply and on an article it writes the summary, and it translates, chats and takes voice commands, all a click away. When its owner came to me through word of mouth, it was already a big product, with about 40,000 users, many of them paying across several subscription tiers, and he had a vision for where it could go next.

My team and I pushed that vision further, then rebranded AI Toolbar and rebuilt it from the ground up, with the new features he wanted for growth. I built it on Manifest V3, the newer kind of Chrome extension Google was moving everyone to, so when Chrome later switched the old kind off, AI Toolbar's users noticed nothing. Then came the hard part. Every user and every subscription, across every tier, had to move to the new version, and with that many paying people it had to be perfect. AI Toolbar stayed live through the rebuild, and the whole switch, from the new web app to the last migrated subscription, was done with less than twelve hours of downtime.

After the rebuild it grew past 100,000 users and settled at more than twice the size it was when it came to me, it has written more than ten million responses, and it brought its owner substantial monthly revenue. He has been my client for more than five years.
